Today's workout consisted mostly of stretches and yoga, and boy was I thankful! I was so sore this morning that I was late to work, because I couldn't get out of bed and was dragging @$$ to get ready. I had to squeeze my workout in during lunch, but felt much better afterwards!
Today was a pretty decent work day too, besides being slow and me getting sent home early.
I don't have much else to report besides dinner -- Ginger Salmon over Bok Choy w/brown rice -- was amazing, and "Shrek Ever After" was hilarious, so that is all.
